The grape vine was one of the great motifs of the Art Nouveau movement, sinuous, organic, impossible to reduce to a straight line. This pearl grape vine brooch takes that obsession seriously.
Set on a hand-finished gold-plated copper vine, white pearl clusters hang beneath delicate green enamel leaves, each element following the natural logic of a growing thing. At 32mm × 40mm it is one of the smaller pieces in the Lady.An collection, but it carries the same considered detail as the largest.
At 10g it is ideal for silk scarves, linen blazers, and fine knitwear, anything where the brooch should feel effortless. Small enough to wear on a lapel. Striking enough to be the only accessory you need.
Designed in our London studio, where Art Nouveau is not a reference but a starting point.
