This large natural garnet flower brooch works in that tradition without explaining it. The antique silver-tone copper petals have a brushed, matte finish that absorbs light rather than reflecting it, the texture of real flora, rendered in metal. Against that quietness, the hand-set natural garnets at each flower's heart catch the light with a deep, dark glow that stops just short of red.
At 85mm × 85mm and 30g, this is a brooch that occupies space with intention. Designed for dark wool coats, structured black jackets, and anyone who understands that jewellery can carry weight beyond the decorative.
