This lily flower pin sets kiln-fired handmade glass cabochons as flower buds along gold-toned brass petals, each glass bead carrying its own subtle variation in colour and surface, the way no two buds on a real stem are ever identical. The Art Nouveau curves of the metalwork follow the logic of something growing rather than something manufactured.
At 14g it sits lightly, the kind of brooch that works equally well on a linen jacket on a Tuesday as on a coat for something more considered.
