Tiger eye was the stone of the Art Deco era, warm, architectural, with a depth that catches light in a way no other material does. Run it under a lamp and the surface seems to move, the golden brown shifting like something alive beneath the surface. Gemologists call it chatoyancy. Everyone else just stops to look.
These Art Deco earrings set a natural tiger eye cabochon in a geometric gold-tone frame that draws directly from the design language of the 1920s and 1930s, clean lines, symmetry, the sense that every element has been considered and nothing is accidental.
Made from S925 solid sterling silver with 18ct gold plating. The kind of earring that references an era without being costumed by it.
